1. Punctuality and Commitment

• All students are required to be punctual for their tutoring sessions. Timely attendance is essential for maximizing the learning experience.

2. Homework Completion

• Students agree to complete all assigned homework before the next tutoring session. This practice is vital for reinforcing learning and ensuring progress.

3. No-Show and Cancellation Policy

• In the event of a no-show (student fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice), the student will be considered to have used that hour of tutoring.
• No refund will be provided for the hour lost due to a no-show.
• Students are encouraged to communicate any scheduling conflicts in advance to avoid penalties.

4. Enrollment Agreement

• By signing up for tutoring services with Rise Med Tutors, whether directly or indirectly, students agree to the following terms:
  • All purchased tutoring hours must be utilized within 6 months from the start date of the tutoring.
  • Failure to use the hours within this period will result in the forfeiture of the remaining hours unless an extension is requested.

5. Extension and Additional Hours

• Students may request an extension or purchase additional hours if needed.
• Extensions or additional hours are subject to availability and approval by Rise Med Tutors.

6. Agreement to Policy

• By enrolling in the tutoring program, students acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies.
• This agreement ensures a mutually beneficial and respectful learning environment for both students and tutors.
